Christopher M. Emrich is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation matters.
Mr. Emrich has represented municipalities, school boards, police departments, hospitals, insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and other private employers in the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation since 2012.
Prior to 2012, Mr. Emrich handled family and municipal court matters. He also served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence P. De Bello of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Mercer County.
While in law school, Mr. Emrich served as Symposium Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. He was also a member of the first-place team in the Hunter Moot Court Competition.
