Christopher A. Reese is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in labor and employment and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Reese defends management in all employment related matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment and hostile work environment, and retaliation, under the NJLAD, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, CEPA, FMLA, and NJFLA, in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level, as well as before the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
While in law school, Mr. Reese received the Barrister’s Award for Excellent Performance in Trial Advocacy and was Senior Production Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
Mr. Reese previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Karen L. Suter, Presiding Civil Judge, New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County.
