Joseph G. Antinori serves as Of-Counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in labor and employment litigation and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in the representation of management, providing advice to management clients on employer policies and practices, and defending employer’s against claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation in the state and federal courts as well as before the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Antinori has lectured and provided training on employment related topics on behalf of management.

Mr. Antinori’s practice also includes commercial litigation, involving a variety of business related disputes, including contract disputes, disputes concerning restrictive covenants and non-competition agreements, fraud and consumer fraud litigation, representation of commercial landlords and tenants in tenancy disputes, condominium litigation, and other business related litigation.
