Shealtiel “Sean” Weinberg is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in worker’s compensation defense matters. Mr. Weinberg has also successfully represented employers in the New Jersey Appellate courts. Representative matters include Dejesus v. United Parcel Service, Mesgleski v. Spes Co. and Durnien v. UPS.
While in law school, Mr. Weinberg was awarded a Marshall-Brennan Fellowship for 2011-2012 and won the Martin Domke Award for oral argument at the Vis International Arbitration Moot in 2013.
Mr. Weinberg serves as an Executive Board Member for the Politz Day School of Cherry Hill, the Co-Chairperson of the Young Family Committee of Cherry Hill and as a volunteer with Congregation Sons of Israel. He was awarded a Legacy Heritage OnBoard Fellowship for 2016-2017. Mr. Weinberg also serves on the Cherry Hill Township Rent Review Board.
