Our People

Stephanie L. Meredith is a partner with the firm and concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation defense matters.  She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Law attorney.

Ms. Meredith has prepared and argued workers’ compensation matters before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.  Such matters include Mara v. United Parcel Service, Docket No. A-3691-15T4 (App. Div. 2017) (unpublished), certif. denied, 232 N.J. 380 (2018), and Kernan v. State, Docket No. A-4261-11T4 (App. Div.) (unpublished), certif. denied, 216 N.J. 363 (2013).  She presents client-training and workers’ compensation seminars throughout the State of New Jersey.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Meredith served as Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Law, Tort Litigation & Judiciary Section, Workers’ Compensation Unit where she represented the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey University of Medicine & Dentistry, and New Jersey Transit.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Meredith is active and holds leadership positions in several professional and civic organizations in the southern New Jersey region including her community and church.  She is also a Master of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court.
