David Tambussi is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in labor and employment and complex civil litigation.

Mr. Tambussi earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in 2016. He earned his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Mr. Tambussi served as Executive Editor, Rutgers University Law Review.

Mr. Tambussi served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Tambussi served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catharina Haynes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, from 2023 to 2024.

Mr. Tambussi is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
