Felix S. Wurmbach is an associate with the firm.  He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, business transactions and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

Mr. Wurmbach received his undergraduate degree in Law and Justice Studies from Rowan University in 2014. He earned his law degree in 2019 from Rutgers University School of Law. While at Rutgers University School of Law he worked on the Journal of Law & Religion and volunteered for the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project. He participated in the Hunter Moot Court and served as a teaching assistant at the Rutgers Law Entrepreneurship Clinic. He also earned a certificate in Corporate and Business Law and was a member of the National Security Law Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wurmbach served as a judicial law clerk for Honorable Richard S. Hoffman of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.

Mr. Wurmbach was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2020.
