Laurel B. Peltzman is Of Counsel with the firm and concentrates her practice in labor and employment and complex civil and government litigation.  Ms. Peltzman represents public and private employers in EEOC, NJDCR, and unemployment hearings.  She also advises and trains employers and employees in NJLAD (sexual harassment and discrimination), CEPA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, CEPA, and FLSA.  Ms. Peltzman drafts and revises workplace policies and procedures.  She also investigates claims of workplace harassment and discrimination.  Ms. Peltzman has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts and state and federal administrative agencies.
