William H. Dungey, III is an associate with the firm.  He concentrates his practice in business transactions, tax and estate planning and estate and trust administration, probate litigation and tax appeals.

Mr. Dungey received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from West Virginia University in 2015. He earned his law degree in 2019 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  While at law school, he was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and served as an associate editor.  He served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Labor and Employment Law Society and was a member of the Black Law Students Association. He also served as a student advocate for the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dungey was a judicial law clerk for Honorable Mark Cimino of the New Jersey Tax Court.

Mr. Dungey was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2019.
