James P. Clancy is an associate with the firm.  He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, business transactions, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

While at Rutgers University School of Law, he acted as an Executive Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review.  He participated in the Hunter Moot Court and served as a volunteer for the Income Tax Assistance program.  He earned the Chancellor’s Award for Civic Engagement and the Blaine E. Capehart Award for Legal Writing Excellence.  He was also a semi-finalist in the Hunter Moot Court in Spring, 2018.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clancy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina, Associate Justice for the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
