Committee Vision

The D&I Committee spearheads our diversity initiatives and includes active leadership involvement, attorneys from various offices and practices groups, and staff. Its efforts are focused on targeted recruitment, outreach, and career development to attract, develop, and retain diverse candidates. The D&I Committee also identifies training and other educational opportunities to enhance communication and understanding at all levels of the firm.

The sixth annual challenge raised more than $6.2 million for autism research, with 4,500 participants and 27,272 donations coming from around the world.
