Kathleen E. Dohn is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in labor and employment and complex civil litigation. Ms. Dohn defends individuals and management in all employment related matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims in state and federal courts.
Ms. Dohn assists employers in drafting and implementing policies to prevent employment litigation claims. She investigates claims of potential employment law violations on behalf of employers. Ms. Dohn regularly conducts training on subject matters such as discrimination, harassment, workplace bullying, and workplace violence.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dohn was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as well as the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office. As an Assistant Prosecutor, Ms. Dohn developed extensive litigation experience in handling cases from inception through trial as well as arguing matters before the Appellate Division. Ms. Dohn also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michele M. Fox for the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden.
Ms. Dohn sits on the Board of Directors, as Co-Director of Corporate Partnership, for the National Association of Women Business Owners, South Jersey Chapter. She also serves as the Secretary on the Board of Trustees for the JCD Memorial Foundation.
