Workers Compensation

Madison Rupert is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in the defense of workers’ compensation matters.

Ms. Rupert earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Temple University in 2019. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Ms. Rupert served as the Executive Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy. She earned the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Award, the Albert P. Blaustein Memorial Award for “Legalizing Prostitution: Providing Protection from the Law,” published Fall 2021, Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy, and the Pro Bono Publico Award for Significant Service.

Ms. Rupert served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard L. Hertzberg, New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County, from 2022 to 2023.

Ms. Rupert was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2022.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
