Joseph M. Nardi, III is a partner with the firm. He concentrates his practice in estates and trusts, probate litigation, business transactions, and municipal law.
Mr. Nardi presently serves as Solicitor for the Camden County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund, the Borough of Collingswood and the Borough of Mt. Ephraim Joint Land Use Board. Mr. Nardi has also served as prosecutor and public defender in several municipalities. Before joining the firm as a partner in 1997, Mr. Nardi operated his own firm and has been in private practice since 1989. Prior to that time, Mr. Nardi served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable D. Donald Palese of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
Mr. Nardi graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1980. He earned his law degree in 1984 from the Catholic University of America and his L.L.M. degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law in 1989.
Mr. Nardi was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1984, and in the District of Columbia in 1988. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Nardi is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Camden County Bar Associations, and various committees of those organizations. He also has served on advisory boards for various local civic and charitable organizations.
