Shawn C. Huber
Shawn C. Huber is a partner with the firm and concentrates his practice in personal injury, commercial litigation, municipal law, and subrogation matters. He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney since 2011. Mr. Huber formerly served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Boroughs of Pine Hill, Mt. Ephraim, and Clementon.
Mr. Huber has extensive litigation experience in personal injury and product liability matters including those involving automobile, truck, bus, and boat accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death, and trip/slip and fall accidents. He also handles workers’ compensation subrogation matters on behalf of employers and their insurance carriers.
Mr. Huber is a regular speaker for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, National Business Institute, and the Camden County Bar Association. He has appeared as a commentator on the television show, “Legally Speaking.”
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Huber served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Page of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
Mr. Huber graduated cum laude from St. Joseph’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 1993. He earned his law degree in 1996 from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
Mr. Huber was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1996 and in Pennsylvania in 1997. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Huber is a member of the American, Federal, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Camden County, Gloucester County, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.
