Shealtiel “Sean” Weinberg is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in worker’s compensation defense matters. Mr. Weinberg has also successfully represented employers in the New Jersey appellate courts. Representative matters include Dejesus v. United Parcel Service, Mesgleski v. Spes Co. and Durnien v. UPS.

Mr. Weinberg was selected as a New Jersey “Rising Star” attorney by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2016 thru 2018.*

Mr. Weinberg is a graduate of Yeshiva University (B.A., 2007) and Rutgers School of Law, Camden (J.D., 2013).,While in law school, Mr. Weinberg was awarded a Marshall-Brennan Fellowship for 2011-2012 and won the Martin Domke Award for oral argument at the Vis International Arbitration Moot in 2013.

Mr. Weinberg is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. He has also served on boards for various local civic and religious organizations.
