Steven G. Wolschina
Steven Wolschina serves as Of-Counsel to the firm. He concentrates his practice in the following areas: health care law; labor and employment law; as well as employee benefits law including representation of Taft-Hartley trust funds; and non-profit organization representation, including private country clubs.
Mr. Wolschina previously served as general counsel to a regional hospital system.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in 1968 from Rutgers University, Mr. Wolschina received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1971. While attending law school, Mr. Wolschina served as an Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal.
Mr. Wolschina was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1971. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Camden County Bar Associations. In addition, Mr. Wolschina is also a member of the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys, the New Jersey Society of Hospital Attorneys, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
