Eric E. Fingerman, Esquire Secures Dismissals At The Conclusion Of Trial

Eric E. Fingerman, Esq of our Haddonfield office was successful in securing dismissals of both an occupational and traumatic exposure claim alleging psychiatric residuals at the conclusion of trial.  Petitioner was unable to sustain the burden of proof of demonstrating the conditions of her employment as a Weigh Station Master for a local Municipal Utilities Authority were objectively stressful, peculiar to the particular work place and supported by objective medical evidence, as outlined in Goyden v. State Judiciary, 128 N.J. 54 (1992).  Mr. Fingerman was successful in demonstrating to the Court that Petitioner’s complaints were subjective in nature and self-created, rather than imposed upon her as a product of stressful working conditions.
