Louis R. Lessig, Esquire Interviewed by National Public Radio Regarding Holiday Office Party Issues

Louis R. Lessig, Esquire was interviewed by NPR Correspondent, Yuki Noguchi for, “Holidays Parties Gone Wrong: Careful Where You Hang The Mistletoe,” which aired on the Weekend Sunday Edition on December 17, 2017. In the piece, the balance between employer’s desire to thank employees for their hard work and employees’ fears of how others may act are discussed.  In the end how each employer chooses to handle their holiday party and how the party may be structured is an individual decision, which is now often made in conjunction with considering the challenges that a holiday party may create.
