Arlette Leyba
Arlette Leyba is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in labor and employment, complex civil litigation, and financial services and banking.
Ms. Leyba earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University in 2017. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Ms. Leyba earned the Camden City Invincible Award, Eve Biskind Klothen Law Student Pro Bono Distinction Award, and the Deans Pro Bono Publico Award for Exceptional Service with Distinction.
Ms. Lebya served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Morris G. Smith, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division from 2022 to 2023.
Ms. Leyba is admitted to practice in New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Leyba serves as the Law School Liaison Co-Chair for the Hispanic National Bar Association.
