Beth L. Marlin serves as Counsel with the firm and concentrates her practice in matters involving commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning and land use, commercial leasing, real estate tax appeals, real estate tax exemption, condemnation and redevelopment.

Ms. Marlin received her undergraduate degree in Communications summa cum laude from Temple University in 1981. She earned her law degree in 1988 from the UCLA School of Law.

Ms. Marlin was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1988. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Camden County Bar Associations.
