Gabriela Casal Aste is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Casal Aste worked in private practice. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook and Jeanne T. Covert, A.J.S.C. (Ret.), New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County, from 2024 to 2025.

Ms. Casal Aste earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Georgetown University in 2021. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law—Camden in 2024. While in law school, Ms. Aste was the Articles Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review.

Ms. Casal Aste was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2024, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey (HBA-NJ), the Burlington County Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association.
