Joseph M. Nardi, III is a partner with the firm.  He concentrates his practice in estate and business planning, estate and trust administration, probate litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions and municipal law.

Mr. Nardi presently serves as Solicitor for the Camden County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund, the Borough of Collingswood and the Borough of Mt. Ephraim Planning Board.  Mr. Nardi has served in various municipal positions including, Prosecutor for the Borough of Pine Hill,  Solicitor for the Borough of Audubon Park, the Prosecutor of the Borough of Collingswood and as Public Defender for the Township of Haddon and the Borough of Pine Hill.

Before joining the firm as a partner in 1997, Mr. Nardi operated his own firm and has been in private practice since 1989.  Prior to that time, Mr. Nardi served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement  and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable D. Donald Palese of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
