Kathie L. Renner serves as of counsel to the firm. Before joining the firm, Ms. Renner was a partner with Albertson, Ward & McCaffrey and a founding partner in McCaffrey & Renner, LLC. She concentrates her practice in business and commercial transactions, real estate law, land development, zoning, planning and redevelopment matters. Ms. Renner provides counsel to generic pharmaceutical companies regarding product development, manufacturing and marketing agreements. She represents developers, redevelopers, landlords, lenders, community organizations and individuals in a varied range of business matters.
Ms. Renner is a qualified Mediator who has successfully resolved private as well as court directed litigation.
Ms. Renner is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Robins’ Nest, Inc., an organization serving children and families in need in the Southern New Jersey area and has provided pro bono legal services to this organization for over twenty years.
Ms. Renner served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland Counties.
