Kathie L. Renner serves as of counsel to the firm. Before joining the firm, Ms. Renner was a partner with Albertson, Ward & McCaffrey, LLC and a founding partner in McCaffrey & Renner, LLC. She concentrates her practice on business and commercial transactions, real estate law, land development, zoning, planning and redevelopment matters. She represents developers, redevelopers, landlords, lenders, community organizations and individuals in various business matters. Ms. Renner also counsels generic pharmaceutical companies regarding product development, manufacturing and marketing agreements.

Ms. Renner is a qualified mediator who has successfully resolved private and court directed litigation.

Ms. Renner is a Past Chair of the Board of Directors for Robins’ Nest, Inc. (now part of Acenda Integrated Health, Inc.). She is a current Director of Acenda, a nonprofit organization providing life enhancing programs and services throughout New Jersey. Ms. Renner has provided pro bono legal services to Robins’ Nest and now Acenda for over twenty-five years.

Ms. Renner held several municipal positions as Solicitor for Audubon Borough and Municipal Prosecutor for Monroe Township, Westville Borough, and Franklin Township.

Ms. Renner graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Widener University in 1981. She earned her law degree from the Widener University Law School (formerly known as the Delaware Law School) in 1984. After law school, Ms. Renner served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, Assignment Judge, of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland Counties.

Ms. Renner was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1984. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
