Our People

Morgan K. Gans is an associate with the firm. She concentrates her practice in estate planning and administration, and elder law.

Ms. Gans joins the firm with extensive prior experience in these practice areas. In addition to her experience in private practice, she has also served as an Assistant Vice President and Fiduciary Specialist in the Fiduciary and Trust Services Division of Wells Fargo Wealth Management.

Ms. Gans earned her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 2006. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Rutgers University School of Law—Camden.

Ms. Gans previously served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable James E. Rafferty, P.J.G.E., Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester County.

Ms. Gans was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2009. She is also admitted to practice before the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey.
