Paul A. Mainardi
Paul Mainardi is Of Counsel with the firm. He concentrates his practice in business transactions and business litigation in state and federal court including Bankruptcy court.
Mr. Mainardi’s practice includes:
- Representation of lenders in loan and security transactions;
- Representation of local and regional businesses in connection with entity formation, purchase and sale of assets, and stock transactions;
- Representation of clients in business litigation;
- Supervision of the firm’s creditor’s rights practice, including commercial collections, foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings;
- Representation of a major national business software company in all national bankruptcies of its software licensees; and
- Serving as executor and attorney in fact, and providing representation in in connection with trust and estate administration.
Mr. Mainardi graduated from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in 1968. He earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago in 1971, and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1974.
Mr. Mainardi is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Mainardi is a founding trustee of the Tyler Clementi Foundation [http://www.tylerclementi.org/] and he negotiated agreements that created the Tyler Clementi Center at Rutgers University [http://clementicenter.rutgers.edu/] and the Tyler Clementi Institute for CyberSafety at New York Law School.
He is a performing member of the world renowned Philadelphia Boys Choir and Men’s Chorale [www.phillyboyschoir.org/] and he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Boys and Girls Choirs.
Mr. Mainardi served as a member of the Executive Board of the New Jersey Child Placement Advisory Council, and the Child Placement Review Board of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
