Therese Taraschi is a partner with the firm and concentrates her practice in labor & employment and complex civil litigation. Ms. Taraschi defends individuals and management in all employment related matters, including civil rights actions, claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation, and whistleblower claims in state and federal courts and administrative agencies..

Ms. Taraschi assists employers in drafting and implementing policies to prevent employment litigation claims and investigates claims of potential employment law violations on behalf of employers.

Ms. Taraschi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Rutgers University – Camden in 2008. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2011 from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden.

Ms. Taraschi previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Pugliese, New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County.

Ms. Taraschi was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2011 and Pennsylvania in 2012. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the – New Jersey- and Camden County Bar Associations.
