Timothy W. Dalton, Jr.
Timothy W. Dalton, Jr. is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dalton was an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in the Camden region and the Gloucester region. As an Assistant Deputy Public Defender, Mr. Dalton developed extensive litigation experience in handling cases from inception through trial.
Mr. Dalton also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Schuck, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County, from 2012 to 2013.
Mr. Dalton earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey in 2009. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2012.
Mr. Dalton is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has been on the Board of Trustees for the Camden County Bar Association since June 2024.
