Committee Vision
The D&I Committee spearheads our diversity initiatives and includes active leadership involvement, attorneys from various offices and practices groups, and staff. Its efforts are focused on targeted recruitment, outreach, and career development to attract, develop, and retain diverse candidates. The D&I Committee also identifies training and other educational opportunities to enhance communication and understanding at all levels of the firm.

Let’s hear it for our Brown & Connery 2024 Participants of the EAGLES AUTISM CHALLENGE held at Lincoln Financial Field on May 18, 2024.
Brown & Connery was a proud sponsor and had 11 B&C Team Players participate.
The seventh annual challenge raised more than $8 million for autism research, with over 4,500 participants and 25,000 donations coming from around the world.
Let’s give a BIG, HUGE SHOUT-OUT and CONGRATULATIONS to our 2023 Participants of the EAGLES AUTISM CHALLENGE held at Lincoln Financial Field on May 20, 2022.

The sixth annual challenge raised more than $6.2 million for autism research, with 4,500 participants and 27,272 donations coming from around the world.
